Description: Adult Psychiatric Unit with 48 beds over three units. The unit operates with a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:10. Staff includes CNCs, nurses, and mental health technicians on both day and night shifts. Typical procedures performed include admissions, discharges, and ongoing assessments for suicidality and safety. Nurse rounding is conducted to ensure patient safety and needs are met. Best personality fit includes a team-oriented RN willing to meet patients where they are. Unit culture focuses on safety and teamwork. Staff duress buttons and onsite security are available to enhance safety.
