Job Summary: Operator 1, Warehouse Operations (4th Shift)
Location: El Paso, TX 79912 | Pay Rate: $18/hr | Contractor | 4th Shift

Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials, parts, and finished goods within the warehouse
- Accurately track inventory movement and maintain material records
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and quality guidelines to ensure safety and compliance
- Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of steel-toed shoes and safe lifting techniques
- Support team objectives by communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or GED (must be verified)
- Valid forklift experience (license/training current or in progress)
- Zero to one year of warehouse or related experience
- Basic math and English literacy skills for reading, writing, and interpreting documents
- Strong physical fitness: able to lift/move over 50 lbs, stand, walk, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
- General computer skills and comfort in a metrics-driven environment
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (no AC in summer, limited heat in winter)
- Must pass drug test (can start pending results)

Preferred Skills

- Three years warehouse experience
- Material handling certifications
- Experience working with inventory management systems
