Location: Long Island, NY Territory: Long Island, NY, 5 boroughs Position Type: Full-Time Category: Sales The Role Territory Managers partner with independent retailers across multiple channels, including hardware stores, garden centers, drug and pharmacy retailers, specialty gift shops, hospital gift stores, and more. With over 100+ Territory Managers across North America, Evergreen is currently hiring for Long Island territory and the 5 boroughs. Campus and Atlanta Gift markets Remote showroom tours using best-in-class technology AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) supporting warehouse operations The Ideal Evergreen Territory Manager Adapts quickly and embraces change, introducing new product lines up to four times per year Manages and grows a portfolio of 100+ accounts independently Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on territory growth Builds and maintains strong, long-term retail partnerships Follows Evergreen’s Territory Manager playbook, including best practices and daily habits for success Is motivated by performance-based income through salary, commission, and bonuses Can work both face to face in retailers location and remotely via Teams. We look for a 80/20 split based on the customer base Is comfortable using social media and proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, OneDrive) Is self-reliant, even-keeled, intellectually curious, and growth-minded Who You Are You are a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with independent retailers and takes pride in helping them curate assortments that inspire their customers.
