At US Power Solar , we're hiring outgoing, motivated individuals to join our neighborhood canvassing team. No solar experience? No problem. We'll provide the training, coaching, and support—you bring the energy and willingness to learn.
This is more than a part-time job. It's an opportunity to build real sales skills, earn performance-based bonuses, and grow into a high-income Solar Consultant role.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN
- $17/hour paid training (first 2 days)
- $20/hour base pay after training
- $70 for every qualified appointment
- $250 for every homeowner who goes solar
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Unlimited earning potential
Top part-time canvassers regularly earn an additional $2,000–$5,000+ per month through bonuses and commissions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Solar Canvasser, you'll represent US Power Solar by speaking with homeowners in local neighborhoods and introducing them to our free solar consultation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Canvassing residential neighborhoods
- Starting friendly conversations with homeowners
- Educating homeowners about the benefits of solar
- Scheduling free, no-obligation appointments
- Learning proven communication and objection-handling techniques
- Representing US Power Solar with professionalism
- Working alongside a motivated, goal-driven team
No cold calling.
No sitting behind a desk.
No previous solar experience required.

- Must be 18 years or older

PART-TIME SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
