Lead Float Phlebotomist: Day Shifts, Regional PSC Coverage

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Lead/Float Phlebotomist to join the Phlebotomy Services team. You will support multiple Patient Service Centers in Winchester, Stoneham, Wilmington, and Medford, covering for PTO, vacancies, and peak times to reduce patient wait times. You will collect specimens, verify and enter patient data, and travel to PSCs as needed while training other staff and ensuring compliance with policies.
