What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based, medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Perform manual therapy, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
• Assess patient progress and communicate adjustments to treatment plans with supervising PT
• Document treatment details accurately according to regulatory standards
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
• Support patient discharge planning and participate in care conferences and meetings
• Supervise and support students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist

What You Need

• Valid Active State Licensure (Massachusetts or applicable state)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a LTC or rehab setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of clinical procedures, documentation standards, and patient safety protocols
