Residential Construction Project Manager We’re looking for the Best of the Best!Award-winning residential remodeling company, Lane Homes & Remodeling, is looking for a skilled, multi-talented individual for this Project Manager position. This person will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and serves as the representative for dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate, plan and manage schedules for all projects assigned Manage field crew and subcontractors’ schedules to ensure timely completion of projects Ensure all subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work and negotiate as necessary Maintain and update the construction schedules for assigned projects in BuilderTrend on a weekly basis Attend all pre-construction meetings for assigned projects Manage all aspects of the construction process Request labor support when needed and supervise their work Schedule all subcontractors Complete material takeoffs Manage projects to bring them in or under budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications In-depth knowledge of all phases of high-end residential remodeling Verifiable work history and professional appearance Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Accurate and precise attention to detail Able to analyze problems and strategize solutions Ability to read drawings Knowledge of different trades Self-motivated Ability to build solid relationships with team members, clients, and subcontractors At Lane Homes, we believe that great remodeling starts with great relationships.
