Pittsburgh base Territory: Western Pennsylvania, Cleveland, Columbus, West Virginia

Compensation: Year 1 guaranteed: $150,000$175,000 Year 2+: No one under $200K Long-term earnings: $250K$275K+ (based on current rep history) Full benefits, health insurance, 401(k) $800/month car + phone + all business expenses

The Opportunity: This role represents a hospital-focused medical sales position selling high-volume infusion, vascular access, and pharmacy-related disposable products. The portfolio is 100% contract-based, non-surgical, and driven by long-term relationships rather than case coverage. You'll inherit and grow a protected territory with existing contracts while expanding usage across hospital departments.
