We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to support hiring efforts for a manufacturing company. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, talent research, social media recruiting, and pipeline development for both exempt and non-exempt positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate, former agency recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or sourcing specialist looking for flexible part-time hours in a professional manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking platforms, schools, and other talent sources Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct talent market research and sourcing strategies using AI-powered recruiting tools and technology Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs Track and organize candidate information within recruiting systems Help create sourcing campaigns to attract manufacturing talent Support recruiting efforts for skilled, professional, and hourly positions Qualifications Experience sourcing candidates for a manufacturing company required Knowledge of social media recruiting, talent search techniques, and candidate engagement Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools Interest in AI and modern recruiting technology Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Recruiting agency, HR, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience preferred Recent HR graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts AD&D Insurance People Perks Program The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
