Job Title: Content Analyst

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration: 2 Years (Possibility of Extension)

Location: St. Paul, MN 55114

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Description:

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, installation guides, training manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Create customer education and onboarding materials to support product launches, software updates, and feature releases.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation for customers, dealers, and business partners.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
Maintain and update documentation based on product enhancements, software releases, and customer feedback.
Build self-service support resources to improve customer experience and reduce support inquiries.
Support product demonstrations by creating instructional content and training materials.
Manage multiple documentation projects while ensuring compliance with branding, quality, and documentation standards.

Education:

Candidates without a degree will be considered with 5+ years of directly related experience.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in technical writing, technical documentation, content development, customer education, or a related field.
Experience creating user guides, knowledge base articles, training manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
Experience working in cross-functional product development environments and managing multiple documentation projects.
