Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN Required Where Great Care Starts with Great Leaders Pay: $100,000-$120,000 Ready to Lead, Inspire, and Make a Difference? We're looking for an energetic, compassionate, and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as our next Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). What You'll Do As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work side-by-side with our Director of Nursing to help lead the clinical operations of our facility. You'll be a key player in: Supporting and mentoring nursing staff Promoting exceptional resident care and outcomes Assisting with clinical compliance and regulatory readiness Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions Monitoring quality measures and driving performance improvement Assisting with infection prevention and clinical education initiatives Participating in admissions, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration Supporting staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations Serving as a clinical resource and leader throughout the building Helping create a positive, engaged, and team-focused culture What Makes This Role Exciting?
