Now Hiring: Program Assistant (Temp-to-Perm) | Chicago Hybrid We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to support a prestigious, mission-driven membership organization in Chicago that convenes some of the most influential business and civic leaders for high-impact programming and events This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in event operations, nonprofit administration, or executive-facing programming within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment About the Role The Program Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of high-profile events and ensuring a seamless experience for members, guests, and speakers. Key Responsibilities Managing reservations inboxes and responding to member inquiries Entering and maintaining reservation data in Salesforce Supporting onsite event registration, guest check-in, and seating logistics Preparing event materials including name badges, packets, and seating charts Assisting with inbox management, phone coverage, and front desk reception Tracking attendance, cancellations, refunds, and reporting data Supporting procurement needs including catering and office supplies Assisting with execution of approximately 25 annual programs and events What We’re Looking For Entry-level candidates or recent graduates encouraged to apply Strong internship, campus leadership, volunteer, or customer service experience Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional presence and comfort interacting with senior executives and members Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Salesforce experience is a plus Details Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in downtown Chicago; flexibility for WFH on Mondays and Fridays) $26–$28/hour Conversion salary: $55,000–$60,000 (up to $65,000 for strong experience) Exceptional benefits upon conversion, including employer-covered healthcare #J-18808-Ljbffr
