Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring safety and comfort throughout their stay. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and record vital signs accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Implement care plans and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions comprehensively.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse license.
• Proven experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
