Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments. These responsibilities may include: Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to teams and other managers. Overseeing Guest Service to ensure a great customer experience, effective sales promotions, and well‑trained service staff. Ensuring Kitchen operations deliver quality food quickly, maintain safety standards, control food costs, and train staff on new menu items. Managing the People Department to hire qualified crew, train them, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate them. Qualifications Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re seeking positive team players with flexible schedules. You must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants. Experience in a fast‑paced environment and a passion for McDonald’s culture are essential.
