Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered perioperative nursing care using the nursing process Practice evidence-based clinical care and sound analytical judgment Coordinate care through effective interdisciplinary collaboration Maintain accurate and timely documentation Partner with patients and families through education and communication Practice in accordance with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and organizational policies Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and quality initiatives Support continuity of care across the perioperative continuum Complete all required competencies, education, and unit-based training Serve as a preceptor or mentor as needed Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced Operating Room environment Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills Strong patient advocacy and service-oriented mindset Proficiency with clinical technology and documentation systems Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire): Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact) BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct Ability to work night shift (for this specific role) Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry , and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
