Assembly Worker / Production Associate

Hiring Immediately | Entry-Level Opportunity

Location: Batesville, IN

Pay: $18.50/hr-$21.45/hr

Shift: 1st- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

3rd- 10:10 PM to 6:10 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Load raw materials and metal parts into automated machines
• Remove finished products from equipment
• Perform basic machine operation and monitor production cycles
• Conduct visual quality inspections of completed parts
• Stack, sort, and package finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. consistently
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays (Fridays for 3rd shift)
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Steel-toe boots required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Machine operation experience
• Quality inspection experience
• Assembly, packaging, or general labor experience
• Experience in retail, fast food, landscaping, or other process-driven environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Batesville, IN 47006.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.45/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
