Share business information through floor presence Work well with other department Leads/Operations Managers in assisting and trading resources when necessary Suggest improvements to current techniques Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals in order to provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience Control the workflow on the floor to include prioritizing team goals to ensure that deadlines are met Tracking productivity, researching and resolving issues, providing feedback on productivity and quality related performance Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates…. High School Diploma or Equivalent At Least 1 year in a leadership role This is an onsite and in office role Have basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, Profiling, and Waving Have working knowledge of Excel, Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS), Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner), and AS400 Able to multi-task and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentations Have Intermediate knowledge of basic math (addition and subtraction) Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction Have excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team Available to work overtime and flexible schedules Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Review these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role….
