Each custom unit requires detailed cost analysis, operational planning, and financial oversight, creating a dynamic environment for professionals with expertise in operations finance, manufacturing accounting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).WHAT YOU'LL DO:Lead monthly financial close, variance analysis, and executive reporting for CAHU operationsDrive annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiativesManage manufacturing cost accounting across labor, materials, inventory, and WIPIdentify cost and margin variances, uncover root causes, and drive corrective actionsPartner with sales, engineering, and operations to support pricing and profitability decisionsBuild financial models, dashboards, and SAP reporting tools that improve decision-makingEvaluate capital investments through ROI analysis and post-project financial auditsDeliver actionable insights on operational performance, profitability, and manufacturing efficiencyWHAT YOU'LL BRING:EducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field requiredExperience4-6 years of experience in operations finance, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or FP&A within a manufacturing environmentExperience supporting engineered-to-order, industrial manufacturing, or custom product operations preferredExperience in commercial HVAC, industrial manufacturing, or engineered productsKnowledge of capital investment analysis and operational performance metricsExperience working in a Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environmentSAP ERP experience preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience with financial reporting tools, dashboards, and operational analyticsManufacturing cost accounting and variance analysisBudgeting, forecasting, and financial planningInventory accounting and work-in-process (WIP) analysisFinancial modeling and profitability analysisERP data management and operational reportingCross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and sales teamsCompetenciesOperations FinanceCost AccountingFinancial PlanningManufacturing AnalyticsCross-Functional PartnershipCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.  The starting base pay range for this position is $105,630-$130,485 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
