Total Compensation package: $ 36,481- $ 50,498 Annually

As an integral member of the TNLH team, the Direct Care Worker will work one on one with our clients and their family as a key member of their team. The Direct Care Worker will help the client in building daily living, social, communication, and safety skills. Job responsibilities are carried out within the client's local community as well as within family home.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in learning opportunities
• Ensure confidentiality of clients and families
• Maintain all necessary certifications and trainings

Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour billable

Schedule is flexible and is made with employee, supervisor, and clients family based around client need and employee availability.

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License & Reliable, legal transportation needed (registered, inspected, and insured vehicle) (Required)

Work Location: One office location, travel/remote work within community & home
