Field and Project Manager Coordinator

ABOUT THIS FIELD AND PROJECT MANAGER COORDINATOR JOB This is a full-time position with a combination of office and field work. Regular presence at the office and project sites is required, with limited work-from-home flexibility. For planning purposes, please note that our office will be relocating to Fremont, NH later this year. As a Field and Project Manager Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager, Drafter, and Superintendents to help keep projects organized and running smoothly. You will spend much of your time transporting materials and miscellaneous items to job sites using a company vehicle, assisting with inventory and material organization at the warehouse, and supporting project administration tasks. You will visit project sites to help organize trades, accept deliveries at job sites and the warehouse, collect and file permits, and maintain project records. You will also assist with submittals, logs, drawing files, change requests, billing drafts, and tracking subcontractor permits, licenses, and safety documentation. Throughout the day, you will respond to requests in a timely manner, review your work for accuracy, and help ensure projects stay on schedule while meeting quality standards and client expectations. Here's what you need: 3+ years of related experience Professional phone and email etiquette Strong English grammar and written communication skills Ability to respond to requests within 24 hours Strong attention to detail and ability to review and proofread work before submitting it Ability to work closely with others in a small team environment Willingness to help wherever needed to support project success Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Ability to quickly learn cloud-based systems and processes Fluent with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Windows Explorer Ability to manage both office and field responsibilities Ability to transport materials and miscellaneous items to job sites using a company vehicle Ability to assist with warehouse inventory and material organization
