Client Account Specialist
The client account specialist is the main point of contact with an established set of external clients to ensure all needs are being met from the time the order is placed, to delivery. Will also coordinate with internal departments to gather information for the clients, in order to answer questions for pricing, delivery, product availability, and shipping. Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, a solid work history, and at least one year of customer service experience in a business to business setting.
