Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and families while contributing as a collaborative multidisciplinary team member.

This role focuses on providing pediatric occupational therapy services to support developmental, sensory, motor, and daily living skills while creating individualized treatment plans that promote positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to children and young adults
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Support developmental, sensory, motor, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate and support families throughout the therapy process
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Foster a positive, professional, and supportive environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Kentucky
• Meets all state requirements to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Passion for working with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional work environment
