Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient (NovaCare Rehabilitation) Location: 5257 Nike Station Way, Hilliard, OH 43026 Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) Compensation: $24.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience Incentives: Student Debt Benefit – $200 monthly tuition assistance NovaCare Rehabilitation’s outpatient orthopedic center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide top‑notch patient care under the direction of a licensed PT, as mandated by the State Practice Act. Responsibilities Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by the State Practice Act. Implement high‑quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, following the principles and practices of physical therapy and Select Medical policies and procedures. Maintain positive interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff. Qualifications College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program. Passed the national examination for PTAs, certified by the CAPTE.
