Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of industry standards
• Understand Underground Construction requirements
• Research, troubleshoot and provide solutions to job-related items
• Implement quality control techniques to own production
• Provide recommendations for quality improvement and efficiency
• Assist Underground crews in the field from a supervisory perspective
• Report daily production to company management
• Attend and participate in daily and weekly customer calls
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
• Experience reading design maps and prints
• Experience in the industry or demonstrated ability to quickly learn the occupation
• Willing to expand knowledge and grow in a dynamic environment
• Full-time availability with occasional overtime
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (computers, scanners, printers, copiers, VOIPs)
• Detail-oriented with high productivity and quality workmanship
• Adept at understanding and following advanced oral and written instructions
• Ability to exercise judgment and initiative in executing responsibilities
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license
