As an Assembler, you'll be an important part of our manufacturing team by:

Assembling electrical breakers and components with precision

Inspecting and testing products to ensure top-quality standards

Troubleshooting and correcting defects when needed

Packaging finished products for shipment

Rotating through various production line tasks to keep each day engaging and fast-paced

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

Consistent Monday-Friday schedule

First Shift: 6:15 AM - 3:15 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbia, MO.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
