Full Stack Architect

We are seeking a hands-on architect to lead the design and development of scalable, modern systems while remaining actively involved in coding and implementation. This role blends architecture, strategy, and execution, requiring someone who can operate at a high level while still contributing directly to the codebase for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, full stack architectures.

Translate business and technical requirements into practical, high-quality solutions.

Actively contribute to hands-on development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Guide engineering teams on architecture, best practices, and technical direction.

Participate in and help drive strategic technology initiatives.

Design and optimize APIs, backend systems, and messaging architectures.

Ensure systems are built for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Contribute to both high-level architecture discussions and detailed coding efforts.

Support adoption and implementation of AI and agentic solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally and clearly communicate technical concepts.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a Full Stack Architect or similar role.

Strong expertise across frontend and backend development.

Experience in API design and backend architecture.

Familiarity with messaging systems and distributed systems concepts.

Hands-on coding ability — this is not a purely architectural role.

Experience designing scalable, production-ready systems.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code (for example, Terraform).

Ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Comfortable leading whiteboarding and system design discussions.

Experience working across the full development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with or implementing AI tools or agentic solutions.

Background in environments requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Experience influencing engineering standards and best practices.
