Global Director of Data & Analytics

Work withcountry program data managers to ensure high-quality data. Set-up andmanage databases of global program data Form andoversee the Global M&E unit which will be responsible for the Provider Productivity Report and Quarterly Report. Provide long-term in-country support for coordination and scale-up of datamanagement systems. Work withglobal monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and quality teams to developand implement tools, systems and processes that will improve datacollection, management and analysis Work with the financial department to compile documents modeling, projecting and monitoring the financial growth within global programs. Provide short-term data management and analysis technical support to sites,countries and bureaus. Providetraining and support for global program data systems and staff. Initiateanalysis and prepare reports based on changes in data quality andavailability and identify reporting needs. Analyzequantitative data from country programs for internal and external reports,papers, and presentations. As part ofthe Global Technical Team identify, prepare and disseminate best-practices and successful program interventions. Provideassistance in designing operational research data collection and analysisefforts. Travel tocountry programs in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America andwork with local staff. The position requires up to 40% travel time. Participatein regular meetings and telephone calls with global staff. Manage andsubmit regular data reports that monitor country programs, includingquality indicators. Collaboratewith the Global Technical Team, Bureau Chiefs, Country Program Managers, M&E officers and external consultants to monitor and evaluate program efforts. Other dutiesas assigned.
