Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)/ RTE Analyst project in NC below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title : Business Systems Analyst (BSA)/ RTE Analyst
Location : Cary, NC
Required Skills : Data Warehouse (DWH), ETL, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Business Requirements
Job description:
- 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Data Analyst experience in Data Warehouse projects.
- Strong experience in Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) and Data Mapping activities.
- Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration processes.
- Hands-on SQL development experience, preferably in Databricks or Azure Cloud environments.
- Ability to define acceptance criteria and support end-to-end requirement management.
- Experience collaborating with Data Modelers to build domain data models.
- Insurance domain experience preferred; Actuarial, Risk, or Underwriting background is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
