Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $17.00/hr
Schedule: Morning Shift | Monday – Friday

Warehouse General Labor Associate (Solar Industry)

About the Role
A growing warehouse in the solar industry is seeking dependable Warehouse General Labor Associates to support daily operations handling solar panels and related materials. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, assisting with material movement, inventory support, and general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move solar panels and warehouse materials safely
Assist with palletizing, packaging, labeling, and staging products for shipment
Perform general warehouse cleanup and organization
Support inventory counts and stock replenishment
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
Assist team members with additional general labor tasks as needed

Requirements

Must speak Mandarin (required for communication and training purposes)
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shift
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
