JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the smooth operation of all patient related food service needs. Provides direct supervision of Food Service Associates. Provides staff relief as needed. Assists Department Director with hiring , orientation and training new employees. Provides input into the department annual budget.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Typical Hours: Variable Shifts, or 6am to 2:30pm or 11:30am to 8pm, every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Education:

-High School Diploma or General Studies Required

Certification & Licensures:

-ServSafe certification

Experience:

-Three years institutional/acute care food service management experience preferred.
