Northern National Trucking (NNT), located in Clear Lake, Iowa, is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our professional team as we continue to grow our business.

Northern National Trucking assists Titan Pro in delivering a proven portfolio of products and value-added solutions throughout the Midwest. Our drivers play a critical role in ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while providing exceptional customer service.

Trucks are dispatched from our Clear Lake headquarters to transport products to dealer locations throughout our service territory.

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Safely transport products to dealer and customer locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products in accordance with company and DOT requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
• Represent Northern National Trucking in a professional manner at all times.
• Respond appropriately to unexpected situations and delivery challenges.

Qualifications

Required

·        Valid Class A CDL

·        Valid DOT Medical Card

·        Clean driving record

·        Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions

·        Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening

·        Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements are required for this position and must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

·        Strong customer service and communication skills

·        Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

·        Commercial driving experience preferred

·        Experience hauling agricultural or manufacturing products preferred

Compensation

This position is paid hourly, with a pay range of $25–$31 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and endorsements. Hours worked over 40 in a workweek are considered overtime and paid at time and a half.
