Server Felixs Fish Camp, Spanish Fort, AL, US Open Monday - Saturday and closed Sunday. POSITION SUMMARY: To coordinate a minimum three-table station to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest’s expectation. Provides food, beverage, service and hospitality that meet all Cooper Restaurants standards and procedures. Employee Benefits Server rate - $2.75 per hour plus tips Weekly Pay Health, Dental & Vision - for full time employees after 30 days of employment Company pays a portion of elected coverage Vacation Pay – up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually) After 6 months – 5 days After 1 year – Additional 5 days 10 days max Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour Employee Meal Discount – 40% off while working / employee + 1 guest while dining Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each Employee Discounts - on travel, hotels, car rentals and more through LifeMart via ADP account. #J-18808-Ljbffr
