Entry Level Food Production Associate

Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd

Location: Everett, WA

Job Summary:

We are hiring Case Packers and food production associates to support soup production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Depending on department, this role involves packaging, labeling, palletizing, machine operation, sanitization and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Package and label soup products accurately
• Lift and transfer containers from conveyors into cases
• Hand palletize boxes up to 30 lbs
• Monitor packaging equipment and report issues
• Verify label accuracy and product quality
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures
• Maintain production records and documentation

Requirements:

• Manufacturing, packing, or palletizing experience preferred
• Experience working in a GMP or food production environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working in a 45F refrigerated environment
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.77 - $22.77/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
