QA Technician – $21/hr + Shift Differential 6pm-6am – (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off) Aventure is partnered with an innovative company searching for a QA Technician to join their growing team in Mountain Lake, MN. The client company focuses on creating high‑quality ingredients designed to optimize health and nutrition. As a QA Technician you will provide analytical support, respond to internal calls, and help improve product performance and value across human and animal nutrition portfolios. Responsibilities: Conduct and interpret lab tests, complete laboratory computations, and report accurate data. Package and prepare samples for shipment to third party testing labs. Perform routine maintenance on all lab equipment and respond to technical product questions. Complete routine clerical work such as filing, checking, and entering required information into the computer system. Perform environmental and product testing, and communicate results to plant and corporate management. Analyze documents such as GMP manuals, HACCP programs, and send OOS notifications. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous laboratory experience, preferably in a food‑grade manufacturing facility; strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and computer software applications. Exceptional analytical and organizational skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Benefits and Pay: Starting pay: $21.00 + Shift Differential. Paid every Friday.
