Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a mixed-setting role with a strong focus on outpatient pediatrics. This position also supports inpatient and long-term care services, requiring flexibility across care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
- Perform evaluations, standardized assessments, and treatment planning
- Deliver therapy for acute and chronic conditions
- Support functional development and rehabilitation goals
- Work across outpatient, inpatient, and LTC/SNF settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- 4x10-hour day shifts
- No on-call required
- No floating outside scope
- Guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks (facility may call off 1 shift per pay period)
- Block scheduling may be considered
- Minimum 1 year of experience (first-time travelers not accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Experience in outpatient therapy required
- Must be able to work across multiple care settings (OP, IP, LTC)
- Active or pending state license accepted
- Pediatric experience
- Acute care and inpatient experience
- Experience with feeding/oral-motor techniques
- Familiarity with developmental testing and standardized assessments
- Knowledge of patient safety goals and core measures
