As a Security Officer Access Operations Driver in Saratoga Springs, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor visitor activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees, patients, and guests. This driving position offers the opportunity to use your customer service and communication skills while conducting routine patrols and helping to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry points and verify identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and access permissions in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records; issue and collect access badges and report access-related discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
