Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, collect payment information, take clients on a tour of the clinic and promote memberships and clinic packages to clients. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments in our electronic medical record

Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

Provide clients with post procedure paperwork

Take different forms of payment and process payments

Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Manage client flow

Knowledgeable of all our services

Tour clients through the clinic explaining our services

Accurate maintenance of all required clinic documentation

Call clients from client lists promoting specials

Maintain confidentiality of all clients

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills
