Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license for the state (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Commitment to fostering inclusion and supporting diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify needs in areas related to movement, daily living skills, and sensory processing
• Develop and deliver appropriate, evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities
• Work collaboratively with teachers, aides, and families to facilitate student participation and success within the school environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and necessary reports
• Attend meetings with IEP teams and contribute professional insights to student plans
• Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based occupational therapy
