Where is the work On‑Site (5 days) Trane Rental Services in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a Service Center Coordinator to join our team. What you will do Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project. Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisorto assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians. Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department, Acquisition, Project Managers and Account Managers as necessary. Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests. Coordinates service center resources, including ordering, shipping, inventory management and receiving of parts and materials. Generates work orders, reviews shipping and receiving paperwork, and inputs information into a warehouse management program to generate various reports. Works in the shop, as needed, to support operations. Be part of the on‑call rotation for loads departing after‑hours and on the weekends. What you will bring Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one (1) year related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED. Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone. Must be organized with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize daily interruptions. Strong attention to detail and enjoy working in fast paced environment. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required. Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred. Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $47,310.00 - $66,465.00 Compensation Type: Exception Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
