Sales & Customer Success Representative

Sales & Customer Success Representative Pay: $38,000 - $45,000 per year Looking for a job that's more than sitting behind a desk? Join Affordable Home Furnishings and help local families furnish their homes while building a career with a family-owned company that promotes from within. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem-solving. Every day is different, and there is a clear path to advancement into store management for motivated team members.

What You'll Do
- Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love
- Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community
- Manage customer accounts and payment collections
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup
- Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom
- Maintain attractive showroom displays
- Help customers resolve issues and find solutions
- Load and unload merchandise
- Support daily store operations and team goals
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and people skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Comfortable working both inside the store and out in the field

- Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- One weekday off
