By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project management- Windows 10 deployment to join our team in Johnston, Iowa (US-IA), United States (US).Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) · Onsite project manager to set up and run a PC imaging depot in Johnston Iowa· Will design depot- this involves physical layout, staging areas, warehousing incoming PCs, shipping incoming and outgoing. · Responsible for hiring and training field service techs and onboarding process- including all facility security issues.· After setup of depot will run and maintain depot managing serval hundred PC's per month. · Will support the process design of incoming PC’s, unloading, reimaging, repacking and shipping. Will follow this process when the staging area is in steady state.· Will manage the intake process and data capture of PC’s throughout the staging process. Maintain database of location of devices, owners, shipping status.· Will manage the staffing schedules of field service techs supporting the staging center.· Will track employees time, productivity.· Will report status of staging area to both internal and external customers.Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)· Skilled (3 to 5 Years Experience)Travel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 10%. Preferred location is Johnston Iowa area.
