Job Description & Requirements

Outpatient Neurology Clinic RN Role
Infusion Orders: 8 per week
Refills: 50 per week
Prior Auth's: 15-20 per week
Patient calls/ MyChart patient advice: 50 per week
Office Visits: 15-20 per week
MoCA Montreal Cognitive Assessment is used, this is a screening tool for detecting mild cognitive impairment.
Special Requirements: Experience with EPIC Highly preferred, prior Experience working in Neurology/Infusion highly preferred.
