Casual Call 21 hours per 2 week pay period PM shift 4pm - 7pm 48 hours per 2 week pay period Day shift 6:30am - 3pm 32 hours per 2 week pay period PM shift 10:30am - 7pm 80 hours per 2 week pay period PM shift 10:30am - 7pm Example Schedules AM: 6:30AM - 3:00 PM |11:00 AM - 2:00 PM PM: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM | 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Food Service:Server / Food Service Associate Eagle Crest Communities is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our top-notch culinary team. Our kitchen provides meals for 18 memory care residents, 42 assisted living residents, and up to 70 independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest North. We also prepare and send meals for up to 12 memory care residents and 16 assisted living residents at our Holmen locations. What You’ll Do Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by serving attractive and nutritious meals Responsible for cleaning, bussing, dishwashing, meal prep, and catering as needed Transportation of meals to other facilities in our organization. What You’ll Need Ability to multitask is a must Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment Quantity cooking experience, a plus but not required Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community, preferred The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities Drivers require a valid driver license and must have and maintain a safe driving record Our Wages Our starting rate is between $15.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on your experience, qualifications, and full-time hours We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at 100 days.
