We partner with Nurses at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. Responsibilities You will monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions including MEWS alert notification. You will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition. You will make periodic daily rounds to each inpatient clinical area. You will provide educational opportunities designed to meet the continuing education requirements of the facility. You will modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. You will prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments. Qualifications RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. BLS, ACLS required. CPI required within 6 months of hire kept current per hospital requirements. CCRN preferred. Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting required.
