divh2Scanning Quality Control Operator/h2pMonitor, evaluate, and enhance quality of invoice images by utilizing the scanning software application and other tools./ppPrincipal Responsibilities And Duties:/pulliPerforms quality control checks to ensure images of the invoices are legible and meet department and client standards. Rescans and replaces bad images utilizing a computer./liliPerforms back end research for the unscanned and no image queues. Performs research and maintenance on the orphan image queue./liliOperates IBML scanner to perform all scanning jobs./liliScans bills received from the various work groups./liliPerforms scanning demonstrations for client tours./liliPerforms as back for scanning staff, archive retrieval outbound mail as needed./liliPerform day shift scanning image enhancement as needed./liliPerforms all job responsibilities in accordance with client standards and Cass policies and procedures./liliWorks overtime as required by management./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ulpSkills And Abilities Required:/pulliGood analytical, verbal, and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills./liliAbility to work with minimal supervision, maintain a positive attitude, and be self-motivated./liliAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously./liliAbility to utilize computer software tools to develop and maintain department information./li/ulpMinimum Level Of Preparation And Training Normally Required:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./lili1 year of experience within the utility department and a good understanding of Cass utility procedure and workflow./liliExperience generally found in a production oriented processing environment./li/ul/div
