Leading a team of social media specialists, the full-time remote Social Director will plan and execute advanced social strategies for major clients, ensuring campaign success and providing mentorship while managing complex social programs in the pharma and healthcare sectors. Key responsibilities Plan, present, and oversee social engine marketing programs for top clients Lead and mentor the social team through a professional development program Develop and implement standard operating procedures for best practice campaign development Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in leading and executing Paid Social media campaigns Proven ability to present integrated social strategies and participate in new business pitches Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across major social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube) Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data Experience in the pharma or healthcare industry is required
