Location: Stuart, FL

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Overview

We are currently seeking Entry-Level Welders to join our growing team in Stuart, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the welding industry while working in the marine manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot welding on boat components and assemblies.

• Complete TIG welding on stainless steel boat parts.

• Read and follow basic work instructions and production specifications.

• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience, training, or welding school preferred.

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of TIG welding techniques.

• Ability to work with stainless steel materials.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
