Role: CNC Machinist - Experienced

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate, program, inspect, and troubleshoot CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

• Program and operate CNC machinery to produce accurate parts according to specifications.

• Read and interpret work instructions, procedures, drawings, and production requirements.

• Set up and control CNC machines and related manufacturing processes.

• Inspect equipment, materials, and finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Troubleshoot CNC programs, machinery, and production issues.

• Analyze problems and identify effective solutions.

• Perform welding and drafting-related tasks as required.

• Maintain accurate and clear communication with team members and supervisors.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

• Stay current with relevant manufacturing processes, equipment, and technical knowledge.

• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and production quality.

• Previous experience working as a CNC Machinist.

• Ability to program CNC machinery.

• Strong mechanical knowledge.

• Understanding of mathematics, including practical application of geometry and related calculations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic to strong computer skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.

• Strong communication skills.

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

• Must be willing to work on-site in Chatfield, MN.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Experience with welding.

• Experience with drafting or interpreting technical drawings.

• Experience troubleshooting CNC programs and machinery.

• Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of production processes and inspection procedures.
