Technical Skills Proficiency in Java programming and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles. Strong expertise in Java frameworks and technologies, including:

Advanced JEE Spring Spring Boot REST APIs Microservices

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as:

Docker Kubernetes

Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Knowledge of web application development; experience with Angular is beneficial. Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and observability tools, including:

Datadog Prometheus Grafana Jaeger OpenTelemetry

Experience with Apache Kafka is highly valuable. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native application development. Test automation experience is preferred, although familiarity with a specific framework is not required. Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence. #LI-SS1 The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $73,150 to $174,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
