Our teams also enjoy community-sponsored lunches for just $2.50 daily! As a Sales Counselor (internally called Residency Counselor), you’ll manage the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in. You’ll have the unique advantage of working with qualified inbound leads , making it easier for you to focus on building meaningful relationships and sales momentum. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full sales process from first inquiry to deposit and move-in. Engaging prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person tours to build lasting relationships and facilitate the decision-making process. Offering personalized guidance to prospects and their families on available living options, services, and the care levels offered at the Community. Collaborating with marketing and move-in teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead to resident. Actively participating in marketing events and contributing to the development of strategies to attract new leads. Achieving sales goals and meeting customer contact metrics set by the Marketing Director. Documenting all interactions in our CRM to ensure efficient follow-up and organization. What We’re Looking For: Proven Sales Success: A history of consistently exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Relationship-Driven Approach: High emotional intelligence is essential. You’ll need to navigate sensitive, emotional decisions with care and empathy, ensuring clients feel supported and confident during what can be a vulnerable time. Self-Motivation and Independence: Thrives in a role where you manage your own sales process with discipline and a proactive attitude. Strong Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive communication with both individuals and groups. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing a CRM system to manage and track sales activity (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Sales Experience (Senior Living Not Required): At least five years in a high-touch, relationship-driven sales role.
